EKG is a hip-hop duo, comprised of Kake and Detz, from southern Pennsylvania. This song is called “You Gotta Say,” and it features Mike Wallz of Primary Element. Blending the classic soul sound in their original production with an infectious chorus and driving hi-hats, EKG simultaneously looks to the past and the future. “You Gotta Say” will appear on their upcoming, highly anticipated Laugh it Off EP.
