BAD PR Releases Christmas Cover Compilation Featuring PSU Artists

In the spirit of the season, our friends over at BAD Publicity have released a compilation of some awesome holiday cover tunes. The collection features DIY recordings from A Day Without Love, The Honesty Policy (both PSU Alumni), Chris Zurich, and Camille Mola, and Two Cities.

“It was actually Brian Walker’s (of Songwriter and SITR alumni) idea,” says Beth Ann, BAD PR’s founder. “I knew that each of these bands would take a traditional song and put their own unique spin on it. A boy band song became a pop-punk song, ‘Silent Night’ became a lo-fi gem, and Chris Zurich may be the indie second coming of Elvis. These songs are so memorable, and created by artists who do everything for themselves. I’m just glad to be able to help them get their talent out there.”

Beth refused to comment on which song was her favorite, because it wouldn’t be fair to all the talented artists on her team. Mine is the NSYNC cover, deal with it.

Here is “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” by Two Cities
