Over 40 Student Organizations to Showcase Accomplishments in HUB Takeover for WEstillARE Event
The Student Programming Association (SPA) is organizing WEstillARE, an event to showcase the Penn State pride and accomplishments of over 40 student organizations. The event will be held from 10a.m. to 3p.m. on Wednesday, November 16 on the first and ground floors of the HUB.
Student organizations are coming together to recognize that Penn State is so much more than just one department or a few people. WE ARE coming together to show that WE still ARE Penn State and have a lot to be proud of. Events include interactive activities at tables located throughout the first floor as well as performances, speeches from fellow leaders and other Penn State celebrities on the ground floor.
In addition to the event taking place in the HUB, students are encouraged to wear a shirt that represents an organization that they are a part of on campus or a Penn State shirt to show off their pride.
